    1.1. Heavenly Mail provides a service that allows users to create and process unlimited email events for a one-time sign-up fee.
    1.2. Users may choose to include physical cards or gifts in their events for an additional fee.
  2. Fees and Payment
    2.1. Users are required to pay a one-time sign-up fee to access Heavenly Mail’s services.
    2.2. The sign-up fee entitles users to lifetime access to the service.
    2.3. Additional fees will be charged for the inclusion of physical cards or gifts in events.
    2.4. Membership fees are non-refundable, Un-used credit balances are fully refundable.
  3. Event Creation and Processing
    3.1. Users can create and process an unlimited number of events via email.
    3.2. Heavenly Mail will take all practicable means to ensure the prompt delivery of event messages.
    3.3. Heavenly Mail is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by factors outside of its control.
  4. User Conduct
    4.1. Users are prohibited from creating fake events or causing spam message delivery.
    4.2. Heavenly Mail reserves the right to disable the account of any user found to be abusing the service.
    4.3. No refunds will be provided to users whose accounts have been disabled due to abuse of the service.
  5. Refund Policy
    5.1. No refunds will be provided after registration, regardless of the reason.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    6.1. Heavenly Mail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services.
  7. Modification of Terms and Conditions
    7.1. Heavenly Mail reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    7.2. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
    By signing up for Heavenly Mail, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
