Create your contacts
Contacts are those who will be reciepients of your Heavenly Mail. We ask for their email address and optional address to ensure both digital and physical messages can be delivered.

Set your executors
An Executor is a trusted friend or family member who will be responsible for starting Heavenly Mail fo you when the time comes. They will also send ‘Manual’ events which you have prepared but not scheduled, for example Weddings or Births.

Create events
Events are moments you would like to send a Heavenly Mail, these can be scheduled by yourself (like a Birthday) or manually initiated by your executors (like a Wedding) Your messages can be sent as an email or a physical card and even include gifts.
FINALLY
Start Heavenly Mail
When the time comes, your executor will begin Heavenly Mail. They will have limited access to your messages should they need to update contact details.
